Sizes:

Sizing is the overall measurement of the sign including the backing. The font height varies a lot depending on what font you choose. If you would like to know the height of your sign please get in touch and we will gladly get the sizing to you.

All sizes will be confirmed with a mock-up of your order before we lock in the sign for production.

Choose from our range of fonts above or get in touch with us and let us know what font you are wanting.

Colours:

If there is a colour you would like that is not selected above, please get in touch with us, we may be able to get hold of it for you.

I want my neon on two lines, is this possible?

While our builder does not allow it, we definitely can do how ever many lines you wish. All you have to do is either purchase the neon through the builder on one line, then email us the details after purchase.

Alternatively you can email us your request and we will manually email you an invoice with the details.

I want to purchase a neon but I'm not sure about the design.

We totally understand that you are most likely purchasing a neon for the first time. Our main priority throughout the whole process is to make you feel confident and satisfied in our service and products.

What is the turn around time?

Our normal turnaround times vary between 3-5 weeks. If you need it within a certain time frame please let us know as soon as possible to give us the greatest chance to get it to you on time without disappointment. If you need a rush order please get in touch with us.

Can I place my neon out in the weather?

Select outdoor if you’re looking to place your neon out in the elements with a risk of being exposed to water/rain. An indoor neon can be used outside but will not be resistant to water. When selecting the outdoor option it will have a very light clear coat on it that may be visible when the neon is switched off. It is not easily visible when turned on.

Warranty

We're taking the stress out of buying a neon with our massive 24 months warranty on all manufacturing faults for our indoor neon's and 12 months on our outdoor neon's.

Background options

All out neon's come on a clear backing. If you wish for a different colour let us know what colour. Choose from square and rectangle shape, cut around and cut to letter. Cut around is the default option. Cut to letter may not be possible for smaller neon’s due to breakage.

How do I hang my neon?

All neon’s will come with pre-drilled hanging holes for mounting on to your backdrop, wall or what ever you have in mind. We also sell this professional mounting kit.

Can i get neon shape or my logo made?

Absolutely!! We can make shapes, artwork, business logo and even UV printing. If you’re after neon art work, shape or a business logo feel free to contact as with your requirements.

Are they powered via power point or battery?

Our neon’s are powered via a power point. They come supplied with a UL certified 240v power adapter that plugs into a wall socket and a 1-2m transparent cable that plugs into your neon. A total of 3-4 meters from your neon to the wall socket.

Do you have any others fonts than above?

If you have a different font that you like, get in touch with us and we will chase it up or find something similar.

Safety and efficiency

There is no need to worry about neon’s chewing through lots of power.

Our Led neon’s have low energy consumption and do not produce much heat at all so they’re energy efficient and safe lasting up to 50,000+ hrs.

You don't have to worry about glass breakage like traditional neon signs.
