Our order process is quiet simple and can be done a couple of ways. If you know what you are after you can purchase your order through our website.
If you would rather get in contact with us and let us know exactly what you want, we will work with you on your design and then send you out an invoice with your order specified.
Once your order has been paid for, expect an email with a draft of your order within 2-3 weeks. Have a careful look over the draft for spelling, design errors and sizing where applicable. We can make up to 2 minor alterations to this design which is included in the service. Any further additional changes or major design changes will likely incur a fee.
This is the final confirmation before cutting and cannot be changed after you confirm the draft.
Once you have confirmed your order, allow up to 2-4 for us to make your custom item.
You will receive a tracking number once your item is complete and you will be able to track the progress.
